Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè (/ˈjedɘ/ /ˈrëvɪ/ [backward] [soap]) is a temperate Town located in the Rehîêro Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè was founded by Belegorn Fyëme, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè receives an average of 226 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1562 m (5124 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 11th century, by Belegorn Fyëme. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt flagstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè's size could have. Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè's well-designed, yet cheep has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Right off the bat Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.
Civic Infrastructure

Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
In Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè there is always just enough rain to be annoying.
The Udaeus near Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Jîngim-rëvî Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Enchantment energies of tier 3 via oratory performances.
